After enjoying many years of buying, renovating, and selling numerous historic homes in downtown Orlando, Phil Rampy decided to open a small real estate brokerage and Olde Town Brokers was born. Phil located the brokerage in a small historic home on Summerlin Avenue while spearheading the transformation of the surrounding neighborhood now known as Thornton Park.
Thornton Park has been home and headquarters to Olde Town Brokers for over 30 years. Phil, along with business partner Craig Ustler, self-developed over 600 condominium units in various projects downtown with a total value of over $250 Million.

Over the years, Phil served as a principal of Urban Life Management Restaurant Group and of the EO Inn & Urban Spa. Currently, he serves as Owner and Proprietor of Hawkesdene Mountain Retreat, a 54-acre private luxury estate hosting weddings, retreats and reunions located in Andrews, North Carolina.
