For more than 35 years, Maggie has called Winter Park and Downtown Orlando home, giving her an intimate understanding of the neighborhoods, communities, and lifestyle that make the area so sought-after. As a proud Rollins College alumna with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Sociology, Maggie brings a unique blend of analytical insight and people-focused expertise to every transaction.
Her background in Sociology gives her a strong understanding of how people communicate, navigate differing perspectives, and respond to change. This allows Maggie to manage conversations thoughtfully, resolve challenges calmly, and guide clients through decisions with clarity—especially in a market influenced by shifting conditions and competing variables. Combined with her business education, she helps buyers and sellers stay focused, informed, and confident throughout the process.
Known for her approachable style and sincere care for her clients, Maggie ensures buyers and sellers feel supported and informed from the first conversation through closing. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll often find her testing new recipes in the kitchen, practicing Pilates, or sharing a great bottle of wine with friends. She cherishes time with family, especially her son, Tyler who graduated as a charter member of Lake Highland Preparatory School. Watching his journey has been one of her greatest joys.
