Kyria Andruss, Broker Associate, takes pride in providing home-buyers and sellers with professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services in Central Florida and the Space Coast. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico, which allowed her to become fluent in Spanish and English. Outside of enjoying time with her family in paradise, she also ventured throughout the island enjoying swimming, surfing, canoeing, kayaking, and hiking. She continued leading her adventurous lifestyle and moved to Washington State, where she lived for 4 years. There she enjoyed spending the weekends hiking in snowy mountains, through waterfalls, and taking trips to the Pacific Ocean. Before obtaining her real estate license she led the sales department for a family owned building supplies company serving some of the largest residential builders in the state of WA, worked as an event planner planning all sorts of seasonal event and birthday parties, and volunteered at non-profit organizations and local schools. After engaging in real estate transactions without the proper guidance and representation when selling and buying her own personal homes, Kyria wanted to be able to help other buyers and sellers so they would understand every step of the process. She especially enjoys working with veterans and first time home buyers.
After four adventurous years in The Pacific NW, she moved to Florida. The Sunshine State has been her home since 2002. She has had the opportunity to live in many of our state’s regions including the Gulf Coast, Southeast Florida, the Treasure Coast, and now Central Fl. Enjoying the Florida lifestyle in some many different corners of the state allows her to know the towns inside and out; making it easier to guide her clients regardless of where they are looking to buy or sell.
