As a licensed REALTOR in the Central Florida area for over 17 years, John Abbott has striven to provide top notch Transaction Management and Comprehensive Relationship strategies with all his clients across the Orlando area.  He has built his business on dedication, communication, determination and best of all trust!  As a 20-year resident of the Orlando area, his knowledge of the neighborhood and community makes it easy to assist his clients anytime especially with his great ability to personalize each individual experience– “My number one goal is to listen to my clients needs and achieve exactly what they expect from me.

Not only is he a buyers and sellers agent, John has also been a leading producer in Property Management and Leasing for Olde Town Brokers for over 14 years earning the title of #1 Top Producer for 5 years running. Additionally, he has taken on the duties of OTB’s Property Management Coordinator since 2018 assisting his colleagues in excelling with their own management skills while providing training, guidance and problem solving whenever they need it.

Originally a Cleveland/Akron area native, John believes strongly in the importance of community and what that means to others.  As a founding member of the Lake Davis/Greenwood Community Garden in 2014, he is now the community garden’s President and enjoys passing on his skills and talents as the product of 4th generation farmers.  Also during his free time, John can be found volunteering for charitable causes in the area and helping to provide for those less fortunate as this is something he is very passionate about.  Whether it is raising funds or gathering hundreds of pounds of food, he believes that “Giving is Receiving.”
