Puerto Rican born and raised in Orlando Florida. She has lived in many parts of Central Florida such as East Colonial, Union Park,Winter Park, Southchase, Semoran,Conway and Kissimmee making her an expert in many of these areas of Orlando. Jayra grew up with a father that is in the real estate space specializing in leasing and learning the things that go into the business.Over the years she has seen many encounters that her dad would have with clients,see different kinds of homes and she even used to help him send emails to his leads which transitioned her to go into wholesale real estate last year. Jayra has over a year of experience in wholesaling real estate where she has experience in talking to motivated sellers who were in distressed situations, talking with investors to bring them their next flip or rental, and even putting together a deal that made perfect sense for the seller whether it was a cash deal, seller finance or subject to deal. Jayra joined Olde Town Brokers in 2025 bringing in her compassion, knowledge, and trust and she is looking to grow her business and her brand in a place she calls home. Jayra is truly passionate about helping others especially when it comes to finding a home because she knows how important it is to find a place you absolutely love.
When Jayra is not working with you, she is either having a great workout at the gym, reading the latest self improvement book, walking her dog Milo,practicing her singing skills, or spending time with loved ones.
