Caroll was born and raised in Lima, Peru. She never thought she’d call Central Florida home, but after meeting her husband Fernando at his restaurant in Lima, he convinced her to move with him back to his home here in Orlando. Now they’re celebrating over ten years of marriage with their daughter Luna and a new son on the way.
With a degree in communications, she worked as a producer and reporter at Univision Central Florida. When asked to drive to Kissimmee for the first time to report on a story, she realized how expansive and diverse Central Florida is. This career gave her the opportunity to become familiar with all of the Orlando areas and fall in love with “The City Beautiful.”
During the search for their own family home, Caroll decided to get her real estate license. She thought it was important to understand the process of real estate transactions in making this life decision for her family. Real estate has also allowed Caroll to balance her career as a Realtor with the flexibility to be a Mom and entrepreneur.
When not helping buyers and sellers, Caroll is busy playing with Luna, preparing the house for their new son, dancing flamenco and salsa and helping with their family food truck business, Peru Power.
