Brian Craib, a native New Englander, started his career in Real Estate after leaving his corporate telecommunications job of 10 years. His experience in sales and being a corporate trainer helps him work with both buyers and sellers, making sure they are fully educated about the process of buying and selling a home. Real estate is an industry that he had always been drawn to and finally decided to take a leap of faith in 2010 and follow his dream. He believes it has been the best and most rewarding decision he has made professionally.
He is now consistently one of the brokerages top sales agents, ranking consistently in the top 10 from 2013 up to and including 2018. Working both commercial and residential real estate, has given him the knowledge to work with developers such as Icon development and David Weekly on new construction projects in the Orlando market.
Brian credits his quick success to the love of the negotiation, and having to think outside the box. When not in the office, he enjoys weight lifting, spending time with his dogs, relaxing at the beach or on his boat and occasionally going back home to NH and Maine to visit the snow or spend time at the family lake house.
