Jay Wood, a US Navy Veteran, is a native of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and started his career in Real Estate after spending ten years in the Orlando hospitality industry. His time in hospitality instilled in him the importance of strong communication and listening skills, and quickly showed him the importance of paying attention to detail and doing things correctly the first time. He began his career selling condominiums with some of the market’s biggest names, which parlayed into him being pulled into large projects such as 101 Eola and Las Casa Townhomes. In 2011, Jay joined Olde Town Brokers and has perfected his skill in residential sales and property management. It is no coincidence that Jay’s career in Real Estate fast tracked and earned him the title of “Top Producer” in 2013, a title in which he has carried on throughout his entire career.
Jay is passionate about life with his birds and dogs, as well as Orlando Real Estate. On his time off he can be found boating on one of Orlando’s many lakes, lifting weights or at the beach with friends.
